I internet data exchange - idx realty DX (or Broker Reciprocity) is a program that allows MLS Participants to display listings from other brokerages on their own agent and office websites. Simply put, the IDX program manages the listing search utilities on internet displays owned and operated by local agents and offices. The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) created IDX and gives MLSSAZ a strict set of guidelines on participation in the program and the display of the listings. MLSSAZ monitors and enforces these guidelines.
IDX can be a great addition to your agent, office, or company website. If having IDX on your website interests you, there are two options available to complete your website, an IDX Feed for a custom solution or the turnkey flexmls smartframe IDX solution.
The IDX feed is on every Realtors' website. Without IDX, a Realtor cannot send real estate listings to clients. The IDX feed actually comes from the real estate agents themselves. Our listings are fed into the Multiple Listing Service. Our listings are fed to Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, RealEstate.com, Homes.com and thousands and thousands of real estate company websites across the nation. IDX Realty provides an internet data real estate feed of listings across the nation in addition to local listings.
Flexmls IDX is easy to use. You can search for real estate by price, square footage, number of bedrooms and baths, homes with mountain views, homes by subdivision or zip code, swimming pools, one or two story homes and much more. Need help setting up a search? Need help locating the right home in Tucson? a SmartFrame solution designed to be framed into your existing website.
